आजूबाजूच्या माणसांना खरंच आपण 'यंत्रा' सारखं वापरतोय का?..

 मानवी आयुष्यातील कष्ट कमी व्हावेत म्हणून मानवाने आपल्या बुद्धिमत्तेच्या जोरावर मशीन्स व विविध यंत्रे तयार केलीत... निर्माण केलेल्या मशीन्स व यंत्रे इतक्या 'बुद्धिमान' होऊ लागल्यात की आता 'कृत्रिम' बुद्धिमत्तेमुळे मानवांना त्या सहज हाताळू शकतात व आवश्यकतेनुसार सूचना पण देऊ शकतात.. एक वेळ अशी येईल की सर्व माणसे अगदी 'तंतोतंत' मशीन व यंत्राप्रमाणे काम करायला लागतील... व आपणच निर्माण केलेले मशीन्स व यंत्रे आपल्यालाच मानवी संवेदना, प्रेम, काळजी, आपुलकी, स्नेह, जिव्हाळा, मैत्री, विश्वास, सुखदुःखाच्या अनुभूती या सर्वांचं 'महत्त्व' पटवून सांगतील... कित्येक दशानंतर माणसांनी यंत्रे तयार केलीत...की यंत्रांनी माणसं हा मात्र वादविवादाचा मोठा विषय ठरेल... हे जर खरंच थांबवण्याची माणसाला इच्छा असेल ..तर त्याने आपल्या आजूबाजूच्या माणसांना खरंच आपण 'यंत्रा' सारखं वापरतोय का?.. याचा विचार करायला हरकत नाही...😊😊 have a wonderful day  to all of you.. ©️ डॉ. जितेंद्र गांधी मानसिक आरोग्य कौन्सिलर मनोसंतुलन उपक्रम

मुलांना सतत मारहाण करणारे आई-वडील....

बारा वर्षीय अनिकेत (नाव बदललेले आहे) समुपदेशनासाठी त्याच्या शाळेमार्फत पाठविण्यात आला होता... शाळेमार्फत पाठविल्यामुळे त्याचे आई-वडील सुद्धा वेळ काढून त्याच्यासोबत उपस्थित होते... साधारणतः वर्गातील हुशार विद्यार्थ्यांपैकी एक असणारा अनिकेत गेल्या दोन वर्षापासून एका वेगळ्याच "जगात" वावरत असल्याचे त्याच्या शिक्षकांना जाणवले...  गेल्या दोन वर्षापासून अभ्यासामध्ये टप्प्याटप्प्याने तो मागे पडत होता... शिकवताना वर्गात लक्ष न देणे, वर्ग शिक्षकांचे न ऐकणे, खिडकीतून सतत बाहेर बघत राहणे, इतरांशी हिंसक पद्धतीने वागणे, इतर मुलांना शिवीगाळ करणे,आपल्या ड्रेस व शालेय साहित्याची योग्य निगा न राखणे, चिडचिड करणे, वर्गात झोपणे, इतर विद्यार्थ्यांच्या खोड्या काढणे, दिलेला गृहपाठ पूर्ण न करणे अशा अनेक कारणामुळे शिक्षकांना त्याला मानसशास्त्रीय मदतीची गरज असल्याचे ओळखून समुपदेशनासाठी पाठविले होते...  शाळेतील या सर्व बाबतीची पुसटशी कल्पना आई-वडिलांना होती...पण वयानुरूप हे सर्व व्यवस्थित होईल असे त्यांना वाटत होते...अचानक उद्भवलेल्या या प्रसंगामुळे ती दोघेही घाबरलेली व अस्वस्थ होती... समुपदेशन प्रक्...

इमोशनल मॅनेजमेंट म्हणजे काय?

माणसाच्या मानसशास्त्रीय प्रमुख लक्षणांमध्ये व्यक्तीची भावनाप्रधानता (emotional being)  हे सर्वात महत्त्वाचे लक्षण मानले गेले पाहिजे. माणसाच्या जगण्याचे व अस्तित्वाचे महत्त्वाचे घटक त्या व्यक्तीच्या भावनाकोशात दडून असतात.  मानसशास्त्रीय दृष्टिकोनातून एकूणच व्यक्तिमत्वाच्या विश्लेषणमध्ये त्या व्यक्तीच्या इमोशनल घटकांना दुर्लक्षित करून चालणार नाही. भीती (fear) राग (anger) दुःख (sadness) आनंद(happiness) कीळसपणा (disgust) आश्चर्य (surprise) व विश्वास (trust) अशा विविध भावनांच्या मिश्रणातून आपण सर्वजण आपले भावविश्वाचे जाळे विणत असतो.  आपले  इमोशन्स आपले आयुष्य  मोठ्या प्रमाणात "ड्राईव्ह" करतात की काय?  हेही आपण अनुभवत असतो. भावनाच्या या नैसर्गिक व वातावरण निर्मित प्रक्रियेत त्याचे योग्य व्यवस्थापनामुळे आपण अधिक आनंदी , निखळ  व निरोगी आयुष्य जगू शकतो असे संशोधनाअंती मान्य झाल्यामुळे जगभरात " इमोशनल मॅनेजमेंट",  "इमोशनल इंटेलिजन्स", "इमोशनल डायटिंग" असे अनेक मानसशास्त्रीय संकल्पनांनी जन्म घेतला व त्याचा जोमाने प्रचार व प्रसार पण मोठ्या प्रमाणात करण्यात आ...
